For anyone that happens to stumble across this blog in its embryonic stages I would like to give you a small inkling of what I intend to grace the pages of this blog with, and after reading I couldn't possibly think of any force of nature that would stop you pressing that small "join this site" button, as alluring as "eat me" biscuits I'm sure.

As a naturally curious person, and student, whole days of research plus procrastination unearth some of the most fascinating yet frequently trivial media from every kind of source; magazines, academic texts, film, television, the web (God bless). My ambitious aim is skim the best bits and make them fit reluctantly into some relevant and inspirational mould that can be used by myself and readers in the future.

Subjects that I am currently eager to explore include Hayao Miyazaki's fantasy landscapes, botany romanticist Richard Mabey and the many snippets of tantalising science that are present throughout his literature, and the highly thrilling debate (which I have completely fabricated) of "models in architecture; minimalist or hyper realistic?". I will also be posting my progress with a new adventure of mine, botanical art, provided the specimens can stay perky long enough for me to draw them. Progress with my university study will also be documented for anyone curious enough to be interested.
